April '18 – Present

Worked on the Cerkl application which enables hospitals, schools, and businesses to maximize their engagement with their target audience through targeted email personalization.
Migrated core functionality from server side PHP rendering to browser rendering using Vue.js while tackling existing user experience issues.
Lead the development team in a data intensive project that brought timezone support into the application.
Worked with clients to design a custom integration for their data management needs. Managed the development process from concept to release.
Assisted with the user testing/feature review process, which consisted of structuring client calls and facilitating internal interviews.
Collaborated with internal departments(Sales and Customer Success) to build tools to automate the sales pipeline and manage the customer life cycle.

Actively supported the DonorDrive application through feature development, release maintenance, documentation, and unit testing.
Worked with UX designers to overhaul the fundraising experience.
Created a component library to promote consistency and accessibility throughout the product.
Implemented application level changes for level 1 PCI compliance.
Performed security audits preventing cross-site scripting, ID overriding, and session hijacking.
Prototyped a rewrite of the DonorDrive admin using Vue.js and the use of web push notifications.
Grew the developer culture by establishing our coding standards, running Peer Review meetings, and working to opensource internal portions of our codebase.

Backend Developer

Working part-time to assist in the backend development of a travel blogging website. Refactored the codebase from vanilla Node.js to Babel.
Setup up documentation and postman examples for the API's endpoints.

Testing Engineer CO-OP
Fall '13 – Spring ‘15

Deployed and managed a Jenkins server to automate BitBake builds using Pexpect, which reduced deployment time significantly for the development team.
Developed Test Suite for End-to-End web testing of in-house web application using the Python Selenium API. The Selenium testing was integrated into the Jenkins instance for nightly testing and failure tracking.
Designed and developed a media management LAMP stack application. Using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and MVC based PHP.

Mylan Hackathon
February ‘15 - March ‘15

Tackled a challenge to give more transparency around pill manufacturing. Developed a MEAN stack application, which hosted multiple RESTful endpoints. This application queried openFDA to receive pharmaceutical reports and rximage for photographic pill identification.
